6th April Changes

Since the 6th April 2009, two major changes have occurred to Home Information Packs.

Personal Local Authority Searches must now include additional information to complete the CON29R Data. Examples of this include more thorough searches of Highways, Planning Permissions, Building Control, Environmental Health, etc. This ensures that the Searches contain more relevant and useful information.
The other major change is in relation to when a property may be legally placed on the market. Certain documents MUST now be completed before a property can be marketed. Click here to read more about 1st Day Marketing.
