The KeyHIPS website also helps set us apart from other HIP providers. We have placed a lot of emphasis on usability so that ordering a HIP online is as easy as it can possibly be. Furthermore, with our specially designed interactive tracking system, you will always know exactly what stage your HIP is at and how long is left before its completion.

• Ordering
  • The KeyHIPS ordering process has been continuously refined since its launch in late 2007 and is designed with your best interest in mind. Quick and simple ordering has always been our goal and the questions are designed so that an automated process can commence as soon as possible, thus avoiding any potential delays to 1st day marketing.

• 1st Day Marketing
  • Property Information Questionnaire – The PIQ is auto generated from the order details. This document MUST be completed by the seller before the property can be marketed.
  • Land Registry Title Document and Plan – Unlike many of our competitors, KeyHIPS has its own specialist Land Registry Department making sure we have the most efficient and hands on approach in the industry.
  • Energy Performance Certificate – KeyHIPS offers an integrated solution ensuring speed of delivery. (KeyHIPS helps build a relationship between the energy Assessors and the Estate Agents to ensure the Assessor has an invested interest in your business).
  • Index / Sale Statement – The Index is auto-generated from the order details and self-updates itself as the documents are completed.

• Supplier interactions (Login / Integration)
  • Orders go out to the Energy Assessors and to our Search Agents immediately after payment. All suppliers have direct interaction with our software for the fastest exchange of information. These interactions occur through a number of methods from directly logging in to the specific HIP and uploading the documents or direct integration between multiple companies allowing for instant exchange of information and completed documents.

• Supplier Choices
  • DEA Network - KeyHIPS maintains its own DEA network which spans across the whole of the UK. The DEA network boasts over 2000 professional and efficient assessors. KeyHIPS is a business to business HIP provider and so we expect our assessors to be highly motivated to represent your business in the most professional manner possible.
  • Search suppliers/Research team - KeyHIPS maintains its own research team which directly communicates with all the Local Authorities in order to gain the most up to date information. This also ensures that KeyHIPS maintains its competitive prices at all times.

• Completed HIP
  • White Labelling – We can upload your Agency’s logo on to the front of your vendor’s HIPs free of charge. Just upload your logo directly or send it over to us via email.
  • Storage/ Tracking – All orders are kept on file so that if you need a copy later down the line, we can forward it to you. You can also use our ‘Intelligent’ tracking service which allows you to view at what stage your HIP order is at.
  • Proofing – We have a dedicated proofing team who ensure that HIPs are sent out correctly to the best of our knowledge.
  • Auto-completion – Our system’s cutting edge technology allows for your order to be processed as efficiently as possible as most of the HIP is auto-compiled directly by the website.

• Limitations which occur – Post Order support
  • Due to the KeyHIPS Floor Plan service proving successful with so many of our clients, we have developed our “post order support” package to offer a fully flexible modification service. By this, we need you to understand that our assessors are trained but everyone likes to have a floor plan produced in a slightly different way. Due to this, we modify plans after they have been completed and we work alongside you to develop a package of preferences which suit your business requirements. The end result is that all plans are produced in the same way for you specifically. KeyHIPS also operates a fantastic single Floor Plan modification service where you can send amendments via Email or Fax to make sure the Floor Plan is exactly the way you want it.
  • It should, however, be noted that preferences per Estate Agent are often set up over a short period of time once you become accustomed with our service and what we can offer. These preferences will be set specifically to you and all Floor Plans will be amended to satisfy these requirements.

Finally, we wish to reiterate the fact that we are always working hard, either alongside you or behind the scenes, to ensure that you are always completely satisfied with the services and support offered by KeyHIPS.
